The Ask

The Ask

Duozon is a brand born from the fusion of two companies. It combines beauty and health into one luxurious experience. The owners wanted to create a personal touch that feels both exclusive and welcoming. The website needed to work seamlessly on computers, tablets, and phones.

The Brand

Duozon represents a blend of beauty and wellness. It is designed to make visitors feel inspired to take control of their health. The brand exudes expertise and spirituality, making it a sanctuary for those who seek a balanced life.

The Packaging

The website is crafted to make every visitor feel welcome. It inspires them to embark on a journey towards better health. The entire experience, from design to functionality, reflects both professionalism and spiritual warmth.

My Role

As the Art Director, I was responsible for creating the brand’s visual identity. I chose the colors, fonts, and overall style that would define Duozon. I also selected the freebies to enhance the customer experience and created strategies to build strong connections with our audience. My work included managing every visual aspect, from photoshoots to lighting, and ensuring that every detail, whether indoors or outdoors, aligned with the brand’s luxurious and spiritual feel.

The Approach

Social First

I adopted a social first strategy, emphasizing visuals that align with Duozon’s philosophy and tone. The copywriting is informal, speaking directly to the audience in short, simple, yet engaging language.

Responsive Brand

The design team adopted a mobile-first approach, ensuring that the website’s layout and functionality were optimized for smaller screens before being scaled up for larger devices.

Digital & Physical Packaging

A fluid grid system was implemented to create a flexible and proportionate layout that adjusts seamlessly to different screen sizes, maintaining visual consistency across devices.

Creative Process
As an Art Director, my approach to this lipstick advertisement was rooted in a deep understanding of feminine energy and self-expression. I began by selecting a bold yet soft color palette that would evoke confidence while maintaining a sense of warmth and approachability.

Illustration and Color Choices
The illustration is daring, capturing a woman who is relaxed and fully immersed in her feminine energy. The close-up of her face brings focus to her lips, making them the centerpiece of the image. I intentionally chose colors that highlight the natural beauty of her lips, emphasizing their shape without altering their authenticity.

The details in the illustration, like the imperfect shape of her teeth, reinforce the message that sensuality comes in all forms. We are all beautiful in our unique ways, with different shapes and features. The illustration’s softness, compared to a photograph, avoids any sense of sexualization and instead celebrates the feminine with grace and elegance.

The Work
This work is a statement that every individual has the right to enjoy and embrace their own beauty. The choice to use an illustration rather than a photo allows the image to remain gentle, emphasizing femininity without objectification. The result is an ad that speaks to the sensual nature of being alive, celebrating the natural beauty in all of us.

Meditation Center

Role

ArtDirector, Illustrator, Graphic Designer

Contribution

As the Art Director, Graphic Designer, and Illustrator for this project, I was responsible for every visual aspect of the image. My goal was to create a piece that not only captures the viewer’s attention but also conveys a deep sense of calm and inspiration.

The Work

I began by conceptualizing the overall mood and atmosphere of the illustration. This involved carefully selecting the color palette, focusing on yellow and purple tones to evoke both tranquility and creativity. As the Illustrator, I crafted the image of the woman, ensuring her posture and expression communicated peace and inner calm. The yellow circle behind her was a deliberate choice to guide the viewer’s eyes back to her serene figure, reinforcing the meditative atmosphere.

In my role as Graphic Designer, I refined the image by adding delicate lines around the woman, amplifying the energy she radiates. These elements were carefully balanced to ensure the image felt harmonious and visually appealing, while still being rich in meaning.
